You explicitly agree not to systematically reverse-engineer, decompile, maliciously modify, commercially distribute, or attempt to extract the underlying source code of our applications. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of WSOP trademarks, including the iconic WSOP gold bracelet imagery or the World Series of Poker name, will be aggressively pursued to the fullest extent of civil and criminal intellectual property law.
The player is solely and entirely responsible for computing, accurately recording, and legally reporting any and all gambling winnings to the appropriate federal, state, and local taxation authorities. In strict compliance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations, the WSOP is legally obligated to issue formal W-2G tax forms for any specific casino slot jackpot or highly lucrative tournament cash exceeding established federal reporting thresholds (typically $1,200 for slots and $5,000 net for poker tournaments). Under absolutely no circumstances shall the WSOP, Caesars Entertainment, its corporate directors, software developers, or affiliates be held financially liable for any indirect, highly incidental, massively consequential, or purely punitive damages, including but not limited to lost perceived profits, heavily anticipated winnings, or emotional distress arising from the use or inability to use our digital platform.
By agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly waive your fundamental right to participate in any massive class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the WSOP or Caesars Entertainment. Any legal dispute, formal controversy, or financial claim arising out of or strictly relating to these Terms, your use of the software, or any real-money transaction shall be conclusively settled by highly binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its strictly defined Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place exclusively in Clark County, Nevada, or Atlantic County, New Jersey, depending on your primary jurisdiction of play.
